Maureen Spurr
Maureen Spurr is the owner and founder of Cozy Cats & Daily Dogs (CCDD serving greater Chicagoland). Founded in 2000, CCDD currently has more than 600 clients and 14 sitters. Cozy Cat Sitters is a continuation of CCDD – now serving Halifax, Nova Scotia!
A graduate of UCSD, Maureen is also an experienced writer and editor, having worked for numerous magazines and newspapers, including animal-related publications.
Maureen is active with various organizations such as Paws and Claws Rescue, Friends of Chicago Animal Care and Control, and the Humane Society of the United States. She currently is fur mom to an FIV-positive kitty, Inspector Clouseau (pictured).
