How can I make changes to my order from the online portal?
If your trip was shortened, cancelled or you need to add days:

Click on the "Returning Clients Book Here" link at the top of this or any page.

Go to Schedule, click on the date you’d like to change.

​A Request Changes button pops up to make your change.

Changes will be approved shortly after.
My password doesn't work, how do I fix it?
The email might be incorrect, so try the one you signed up with. Use the same login credentials for the desktop and app on your phone.

What does a regular cat visit include?
Cat visits are 30 minutes and include feeding, refreshing waters and cleaning litter. Playtime if your kitty wants it!
Plant watering and mail/package pickup are complimentary.

What if I need other services for my home?
CCS is happy to provide other services, such as picking up extra litter or food. It's billed in increments at $14 per half hour.
Where do I drop off my keys?
We have a drop box location at:

(Lacewood and Dunbrack plaza, near Sobey's).
